Endodontic Treatment of Upper First Molar

This male patient was referred to Dr Ben Edwards for Endodontic treatment of upper first molar. Mildly symptomatic on presentation, pre-op radiograph revealed PA pathology and severe curvature of the mesio buccal root. Successful treatment would be dependant on full cleaning, shaping and obturation of all root canals.
